Terms of Service

What the Services are, what you may and may not do with them, who owns the pages the builder writes, and where our liability ends.

01

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using any service provided by Raccog (“we,” “our,” or “us”) — the site builder, the hosting for what you publish, our AI automation work, and our websites (together, the “Services”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

02

What the Services are

Raccog provides:

  • The builder: you describe a business and we build a complete, responsive website — every page it needs — which you can refine, version and publish.
  • Publishing: hosting for the sites you choose to publish, at an address under your username or on a domain you own and connect, with HTTPS provisioned for you.
  • AI automation: custom agents and workflows built for a specific business task, under a separate written scope.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Where a change removes something you rely on, we will say so on our changelog.

03

Accounts

  • You may create an account with an emailed one-time code, or with Google sign-in.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity under it.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • Usernames form part of your published addresses; we may reclaim ones that impersonate others or squat on reserved words.

04

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to another user's account.
  • Upload malicious content, viruses or harmful files.
  • Generate or publish content that is harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or that breaks any law — including pages that impersonate a real person or organisation, or that collect credentials or payments under false pretences.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer or extract data from the Services beyond normal use.
  • Circumvent usage allowances, rate limits or access controls.
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without our written permission.

We may remove a published page, or suspend an account, where content breaks these rules.

05

Allowances and limits

  • Each plan carries a monthly allowance for AI usage. Generation pauses when the allowance runs out, and resumes when it resets or when you move to a larger plan.
  • Your current allowance, what is left of it and the reset date are shown on your billing page. Editing HTML by hand and serving published pages do not spend it.
  • Uploads, project counts and request rates are subject to limits that keep the Services usable for everyone.

We may adjust these limits. Deliberately abusing them may result in suspension. Current plans are listed on the pricing page.

06

Intellectual property

Ours

The branding, logos, code and design of the Services are owned by Raccog and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission.

Yours

You keep ownership of what you submit — prompts, files and the content of your pages. You grant us a limited licence to process and, where you publish, serve that content solely to provide the Services.

What the builder produces

Sites generated for you are yours to use, modify and sell, with no Raccog badge and no attribution required. They are provided “as is”: you are responsible for reviewing generated output — copy, claims, code and any third-party asset it references — before you publish or rely on it. We make no guarantee that generated content is accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose.

07

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, how we use it and how to have it deleted.

08

Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that generated output will be accurate, complete or error-free.
  • We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of generated content.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services.

09

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raccog is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, revenue or profits.

10

Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from your profile.
  • We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these Terms.
  • On termination your right to use the Services ends immediately, and published pages stop being served.
  • We may retain certain data where the law or a legitimate business purpose requires it.

11

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date, and continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the new Terms.

12

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
