5. AI & Chat Data
When you use Raccog AI or any of our AI agents, your prompts and uploaded files are sent to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI) for processing. We store conversation history to provide continuity in your chat sessions.
- Chat data is associated with your account (or a guest identifier for unauthenticated users).
- You can delete your conversation history at any time from the chat interface.
- We do not use your chat data to train our own models.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
- Secure password-less authentication via OTP verification.
- OAuth 2.0 for Google sign-in.
- Regular security reviews and updates.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
- Chat History: Retained until you delete it or close your account.
- Guest Data: OTP tokens and guest session data are automatically deleted after expiration (typically within minutes to hours).
- Contact Form Data: Retained in our email system for support purposes.
