About the role
As a full-time Business Development Executive at Raccog, you'll own the top of our sales funnel. You'll research potential customers, start conversations with founders and decision makers, understand their problems, and help them see how our AI agents and AI-integrated software can help. You'll work directly with the founding team and have a real say in how we go to market.
What you'll do
- Identify and research potential customers across target industries
- Run outbound outreach over email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls with prospects
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in our CRM
- Partner with the founders on proposals, demos, and follow-ups
- Share market feedback with product and engineering
What we're looking for
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (freshers with strong communication are welcome)
- Basic Hindi & English speaking skills — comfortable talking to customers in both languages
- Clear written communication for email and LinkedIn outreach
- Comfort with cold outreach and handling rejection
- Curiosity about AI, software, and how businesses work
- Self-driven — able to own your numbers without constant supervision
Engagement
Full-time, remote. Fixed monthly salary plus performance incentives.
