Business Development Executive (Freelance / Part-time)

About the role

This is a flexible, contract-based BDE role where you don't need to hunt for leads — we provide them. Your job is to reach out to the leads we share, start a conversation on call, WhatsApp, or email, understand what the client needs, and walk them through how our AI products can help. You'll follow up, handle objections, and help convert them into paying customers. If you already have a day job, are a student, or simply prefer freelance work, this is a great fit. Compensation is a small fixed retainer plus strong performance incentives per conversion.

What you'll do

• Reach out to leads we provide via phone call, WhatsApp, and email
• Run conversations in Hindi or English and understand what the client needs
• Pitch our AI products clearly and answer basic questions
• Follow up consistently until the lead converts or drops off
• Handle objections and escalate complex technical questions to the founding team
• Log every interaction and outcome in the CRM so nothing slips
• Share weekly updates on conversions, drop-offs, and common objections

What we're looking for

• Basic Hindi & English speaking skills — most conversations will be on call or WhatsApp with Indian SMB clients
• Comfortable on phone calls and WhatsApp — this role is conversation-heavy, not email-heavy
• Persistent with follow-ups and calm with objections and rejection
• Clear written communication for WhatsApp and email replies
• A smartphone, a laptop, stable internet, and a few focused hours a day
• Self-driven and organized — you manage your own schedule and your own pipeline
• Bonus: prior experience in tele-calling, inside sales, customer support, or BD

Engagement

Part-time, contract / freelance basis. Leads are provided — no cold prospecting required. Flexible hours, work from anywhere. Small fixed retainer plus per-conversion incentives. Open to students, career switchers, and people with a day job.
